Co požadujeme:

In your HR MANAGER role you will be responsible for more than 700 people working all around the Czech Republic and in the headquarter based in Brno. We are offering exciting job for dynamic, open minded and innovative person, who will be “on the way” most of his/her time.


  • Create and execute Human Resources strategy for the Czech market
  • Be active member of the Czech business team and the HR CEE team
  • You will be very important partner to management team and sales managers working with their teams in the field
  • Your main responsibility will be in having the right people in the right place, therefore innovative and hands-on recruitment approach is needed
  • We expect you to be pro-active business driver through our people, ensure their encouragement and professional and personal development
  • As a base you will be creating and managing HR procedures and policies and ensure local law regulations are in place
  • One of your tasks will be ensuring that our people are living and developing our company culture and our brand
  • In the HR Manager role you will focus on transparency, openness and fairness
  • You will be also responsible for outsourced payroll processes and personal administration
  • We expect you will also take care about us and ensure relevant working environment and benefits reflecting market trends
  • As a Manager you will be leading one HR Administrator


  • High school or university, preferably in Human Resources or economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner/HR Generalist function within international company
  • Willingness to travel3-4 days a week is essential
  • Native Czech and fluent English needed
  • Good knowledge of employment regulations in the Czech Republic
  • Diplomatic partnership with our people at all levels and external partners
  • Proactive and innovative approach to challenges and recruitment strategy
  • Hands-on and co-operative person, moving things forward
  • Very good listening, communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Complex thinking as well as focus on the details, when needed
